Christmas with Oldpa & Oldma!

On Christmas Eve. we left for our 12 hour drive to California to spend time/Christmas with my family down there. It was a long drive but I was happy to know that we would be spending over ten days there. Over the course of the ten days, I took a million and a half pictures. :) This post is just pictures from Christmas Day. I hope you enjoy them!

Makenna and Sophie both got cell phones in their stockings. Makenna decided that she needed one on each ear. :)

Christmas at Grandpa & Grandma Bakanec's

On December 20th we went to my Mom & Don’s for an early Christmas celebration. It was so nice to have everyone together. My Mom & Don slaved in the kitchen for hours and all the food was delicious! My Mom even went and bought some sushi! Definitely one of my favorites! I didn’t take a lot of pictures while we were there because I was too busy stuffing my face!

Makenna has mastered opening presents! I made my Mom and Don a personalized calendar with pictures of all the kids/grandkids. She loved it! Makenna and Sophie were checking it out with Grandma. :)

See? I told you I didn't take a whole lot of pictures. :( Either way, we had a wonderful time and I can't wait until we can all get together again.

21 months!

As usual, I have let the blog get ignored for a few weeks. What is wrong with me? Now, I'm going to be spending the next 8 hours getting it updated. :) So, another month has come and gone and our Chunko is talking more than ever! We've had a crazy last few weeks but that comes with the holiday season right? You'll be seeing pictures soon.

Here are some of my favorite pictures of Makenna at 21 months old. I can't believe that she's going to be two in a month and a half! Crazy. Makenna loves throwing the ball for Belle. I think this is the best action shot I've ever taken! Playing with her Daddy. I love this face that she makes! It's the best!She has really been into "ca-wa-ing" lately. Our Little Miss Independent.She has also been passing out pretty easily these days too! Makenna absolutely ADORES her "Aunt Aimee". Anything Aimee does, Makenna follows. It is too cute for words.
