Howie went down to California to help my dad and stepmom do some finish work on the house they're building so Makenna and I went to my mom's yesterday for lunch. Makenna was able to experience her first taste of Udon (Japanese Noodles)! She wasn't a huge fan but we'll keep working on it. She WILL be a fan of Japanese food when she gets older. ;)
After lunch my mom, my sister, Makenna and I went over to my brother's house so my mom could babysit my nephew and niece. Makenna and and my neice Sophie are 4 months apart but since Makenna is a tank, they are pretty much the same size. Well, Sophie has her "snugglie" that she never lets go of. She offered it to me and I happily took it from her. Makenna decided that she wanted to have it and took it from me. Sophie was NOT impressed.
She squealed and it was the beginning of tug-o-war.... 
After some pulling back and forth, Sophie won the battle....
Until Makenna decided to play with my camera case.... Sophie decided she wanted that too!
It's all fun and games between the two of them though. I can only imagine how much more escalated the tug-o-war is going to get when they get older. We're going to have to pull them off of each other. I can't wait. ;)

We had a great time yesterday. It was a fabulous Udon eating, toy stealing day!
