We went camping over Memorial Day weekend with some great friends. It was different because we didn't do our usual (camping at a state or federal park), we got invited to go camping off of a forest service near Timothy lake. I was skeptical at first because I'm deathly afraid of the forest at night... but it was so much fun! We could be as loud as we wanted, run the generator as late as we wanted and the kids could run around without the parents worrying too much. :) We didn't take too many pictures but here are some that we did!
We were the first ones to the campsite so we got all set up and started taking pictures, being silly!

Our set-up... Where we were camping was huge! This picture only shows a 1/4 of it.
All of the guys, boys and Makenna decided to venture out in the woods to check out the creek. This is a great picture!
It was a fantastically fun weekend with great friends! We hope to do it again soon!
